Content Canada is proud to present a Fireside Chat with CNN’s Chief White House Correspondent, Jim Acosta.
Come and hear a most important and timely conversation with Jim Acosta about combatting claims of “fake news”, his role covering the White House and President Trump, and the dangers of attacks on the free press around the world.
Covering some of the most significant political and breaking news events of the last 15 years, Mr. Acosta currently serves as CNN’s Chief White House Correspondent reporting on the Trump Administration and issues impacting the Executive Branch of the U.S. government.
Mr. Acosta’s resolve to ask the real tough questions to government officials has made him a personal target for Donald Trump’s ire, and has thrust him into the international spotlight as a standard-bearer for a free and open press.
Prior to his reporting on the Trump Administration, Mr. Acosta covered the 2008 presidential election, covering the campaigns of then Senator Hillary Clinton, Senator John McCain and then Senator Barack Obama.
